Welcome! You are excited to know that you are interested in services at Pink Petal Health & Wellness Center. By Booking an Appointment you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions described below (the "Terms of Service") and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated in the Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use our services (as defined in the link) in any way.

The services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of this Agreement.

Appointment Policy | Cancellations

All services are secured with a credit/debit card with a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of a percentage of the service fee. This card will remain on file for future appointments. The remaining balance is due on the date and time of your scheduled appointment. We do not accept CashApp. There is a strict no refund policy.

If you see that no availability suits the date and time needed, early morning, Sunday, and "squeeze in" appointments MAY be available for an additional fee of $35. Call the number below to book those appointments.

We require a 24hr cancellation/reschedule notice for ALL appointments. Any appointment changes made after 24hrs will automatically forfeit the consultation fee or service fee. The consultation fee can only be transferred once.

No call/no show for a scheduled appointment or those who make appointment changes less than 2 hours prior to their scheduled time will be charged the full balance to the card on file. All fees will be charged to the card on file.

Late arrival

As a courtesy, there is a 15-minute grace period for every appointment. After the grace period, a $15 late fee is required. After 20 minutes, the deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment may be required.

Payment Options

All appointments are reserved with a credit card and are kept on file for future reservations.

We accept health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), cash, and card, however, a $3.00 surcharge will be applied to card transactions.

Health Conditions

Your health and safety are our top priority. Please be sure to advise us of any/all health conditions, allergies, or injuries on your intake form prior to your service.

Sanitation | Safety

Sanitation and sterilization methods are according to the guidelines by the EPA, CDC, and Florida Department of Health.

Your safety is our highest priority.

We ask that you wear a mask/facial covering for the safety of yourself and others. Some of our clients may have pre-existing health conditions or may be immunocompromised. Thank you!
